1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CAtrack platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
CAtrack provides a WhatsApp automation and document delivery platform for Chartered Accountants. We integrate with your Google Drive and the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to automate client communication and document retrieval.
3. Data Privacy and Security
We prioritize your data security. Client documents remain securely stored in your firm's Google Drive. We do not store or claim ownership of your client files. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all relevant data protection laws regarding your clients' information.
4. API Usage and Compliance
You agree to use the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API in compliance with Meta's Commerce and Business Policies. CAtrack is not responsible for any account bans or restrictions imposed by Meta due to policy violations on your part.
5. Subscription and Payments
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to provide accurate payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
6. Limitation of Liability
CAtrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
